The reset button and the LAN 2 port are discontinued in hardware revision M and higher. You
can reset the access point from the command line interface (CLI). For more information, go to
Access Point Command Line
To reset the access point to factory-default settings:
Remove the weatherproof connector from the LAN 2 port.
Use a paper clip or other small object to press the reset button above the LAN 2 port.
Press and hold the reset button for up to 10 seconds. When you release the reset button, all LEDs will
go off to indicate that the access point has rebooted.
You can also reset the device from the access point command line interface (CLI). For more information,
