Voltage drop
(Example of cause: by start
pulse of a starter:
The maximum current load
leads to the drop of the power
supply and loss of the processor
circuit functionalities (under-
voltage can not be detected,
the heater reinitialises itself and
starts again).
l The heater can be ex-
tremely overfilled with fuel
due to commissioning or
improper use of fuel prim-
ing and must self-clean
first.
l In the previous heating
mode, fuel still has been
supplied, after the flame
was already out (e.g. the
solenoid valve does not
close or closes with a
delay).
l Excessive smoke during
after-running period after
switched off (T >10 s). Pos-
sibly also fault code for
flame abort after combus-
tion mode (F04 or H05) in
fault memory.
l Leaks lead to air in the fuel
system
l Vacuum and high fuel tem-
peratures lead to outgass-
ing of the fuel in the supply
pipe.
l Several symptoms can oc-
cur at the same time.
l Low pressure in the fuel
line >0.4 bar fuel.
l Leaks lead to air in the fuel
system.
