The base tool MultiSystem 109LG is only to be used as an engine/drive unit with the changeover tools
listed below, which are offered by SOLO as accessories. It performs different functions depending upon
which changeover tool is used.

With the line head changeover tool 69 00 859 fitted
brushcutter. For the completebrushcutter unit, the following cutting tools are also offered as
accessories:

Only use power tools equipped with a nylon head for cutting grass – particularly suitable around
obstacles - and for trimming light weeds and wild growth near ground level. The nylon head is
particularly suitable for a soft cut, e.g. for clean trimming around trees and posts.
Use power tools equipped with the grass cutter blade only for cutting grass away from obstacles and
for cutting stronger weeds and wild growth near ground level.
Only use power tools fitted with the 3-tooth brush cutting blade (accessory 107L / 107B) for mowing
grass, light brush, reeds and uncultivated growth at ground level.

With the hedge trimmer changeover tool 69 00 228 fitted

The complete pole hedge trimmer unit may only be used to cut hedges, shrubs, undergrowth and
brush with slender twigs and branches in gardens and fields.

With the cultivator changeover tool 69 00 150 fitted

The complete motorised cultivator unit may only be used for cultivating/digging garden and bedding
areas in private plots.

With the pruning saw changeover tool 69 00 226 fitted

The complete pruning saw unit may only be used for sawing branches in trees. When using the tool in
this particularly challenging way, you are reminded again to always observe the safety instructions
found also in the operating instructions for the changeover tool.

With the blower changeover tool 69 00 715 fitted

The complete leaf blower unit may only be used at ground level for blowing leaves, grass and paper in
gardens, footpaths, car parks and driveways.
Never use the power tool for any other purpose. The operating instructions for the particular changeover
tool being used should be carefully observed in all cases.
