You can configure the PCLink feature with any of the video collaboration applications by using the
following steps:

Configure the Mitel 6940 IP Phone

1.
Pair the Mitel 6940 IP Phone with Windows or MAC
2.
Configure Collaboration Applications
3.
Configure the Mitel 6940 IP Phone
To use PCLink on the Mitel 6940 IP Phone, you must program the Mobile/PC Line feature.
: Check if Mobile/PC Line key is programmed on your phone by looking for the Connect softkey on
NOTE
the home screen of your phone. If yes, ignore the below procedure.
To program a Mobile/PC Line key:
Press and hold an available (blank) programmable key until the programming menu appears. If Long

Press the left navigation key or tap to move to the feature category column.

Press the down navigation key or tap to highlight Other Features.
3.
Press the right navigation key or tap to move to the Other Features selection column.
4.
Press the down navigation key or tap to navigate to Mobile/PC Line.
5.
With Mobile/PC Line highlighted, press the Save softkey.

You can program only one Mobile/PC Line key.
