Machine actions
The brew group cannot be
inserted.
There is a lot of ground cof-
fee under the brew group.

Coff ee is not hot enough.

Causes
The brew group is not in
the off position.
The gearmotor is not in
the correct position.
Coff ee is not suitable for
automatic machines.
The cups are cold.
The temperature is not
correctly set.
This might occur when the
machine is automatically
adjusting the dose.
Coffee is too coarse.
The
blend
have
ble, coffee is not freshly
roasted or the grind is too
coarse.
The coffee grind is too
fine.
The circuit is not primed.
The brew group is dirty.
The dispensing spout is
dirty.
The machine circuit is
clogged by limescale.
The dispensing spout is
clogged.
The cups are cold.
Make sure that the brew group in the
off position.
Insert the drip tray and the coffee
grounds drawer. Close the service door.
Turn on the machine without inserting
the brew group. The gearmotor moves
back to the correct position. Turn off
the machine and reinsert the brew
group.
It may be necessary to change the
type of coffee or the coffee grinder
settings.
Preheat the cups with hot water.
Set the temperature.
Brew a few cups of coffee.
Change coffee blend or adjust grin-
ding.
