REMOTE CONTROL
OPERATION
REMOTE CONTROLLING OF ANY OTHER OF YOUR AUDIO-VISUAL COMPONENTS
VIA THIS UNIT REQUIRES:
1. All components must be remote controllable (have sensor window on front panel) to receive direct
command from this unit, upon successful learning of those commands by this programmable unit or,
2. All unit must have remote control jacks {IN/OUT) on the rear panel and be correctly connected to
the receiver according to the diagram on page 23.

(TRACK SEARCH) key:
Returns
to the beginning

Advances to the next track.
DISC SEL key:
Selects the DISC No. (1 to 6) for
Multi-play CD players.
PGM key:
Press to program the CD player.

(MANUAL SEARCH) key:
Selects fast backward.

(PAUSE) key:
Pauses playback.
(STOP) key:
Stops playback.

(PLAY) key:
Selects playback.

(MANUAL SEARCH) key:
Selects fast forward.
1 - 0/10 (numeric) keys:
For direct selection of a track or
programming of tracks.
When
using
them
as
CD
numeric
keys, first press the
PGM key. If you don't press the
PGM key, they will operate as
keys for the STATION
CALL
tuning function.
MEMORY
key:
Mermmarizes a program.
CLEAR key:
Erases a memorized program.
CD + 10 key
Use this key when programming a
TRACK NUMBER higher than 10.
(Example)
When
programming
TRACK NUMBER 21, press the CD
+ 10Okey twice and then key 1.
NOTE: You may not be able to use the CD
+ 10 key with certain CD players.

Video and audio are stopped and
playback is paused.

(STOP/EJECT) key:
Playback is stopped when pressed
once.
Pressing
again causes

disc tray to come out.
