TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

WARNING
This unit must be serviced by qualified personnel only.
Service by unqualified personnel may lead to electric
shock or burn.
Symptom
Unit does not turn on.
Temperature setting indicator 1 is
flashing and the unit will not heat.
Error Indicator Guide
Problems with the Induction Warmer are indicated by the flashing of one or more of the temperature setting indicators. Below is an
explanation of each error indication. Always investigate and correct the causes of an error.

Probable Cause
No power to unit.
Electronic controls defective.
Pan being used is not induction-ready. Use an induction-ready pan (see "Pan Specifications" in the

the unit.
Voltage of electrical system is too low for the
unit.
Unit is experiencing a hardware error and has
shut down to protect unit from damage.
Internal components are over the tempature
limit. Unit has shut down for protection against

Both internal thermistors are broken. Unit has
shut down for protection against damage.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power, unplug
power cord, and allow unit to cool before performing any
cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Make sure power cord is plugged into an appropriate receptacle
(see SPECIFICATIONS section). Check circuit breaker and reset
as necessary. Check for damage to power cord. Check electrical
receptacle.
