Frequency
Routine maintenance is necessary for
all mechanized products, and the snow-
mobile is no exception. A weekly vehicle
inspection contributes to the life span
of the snowmobile.
It is recommended that the steering
system and suspension be lubricated
monthly or every 40 hours of opera-
tion. If the vehicle is operated in wet
snow or in severe conditions these items
should be lubricated more frequently.

NOTE: When lubricating grease
fittings, grease until grease ap-
pears at joints. Always use low temper-
ature grease

wise specified, engine should be turn-
ed OFF for all lubrication and main-
tenance procedures.
Steering Mechanism

WARNING : Do not lubricate

housings.
Lubricate the ski legs at grease fittings
until new grease appears at joints. Coat
spring slider cushion with grease.
Oil spring coupler bolts, ball joints and
steering column bushings.
