Battery electrolyte level (electric starting only)
Drive pulley screw (torque)
Engine mount nuts
Muffler attachment
Chaincase oil level
Injection system oil level
Brake operation and lining condition
Ski alignment (runners condition)
Steering arm, retorque to 50 N•m (37 lbf•ft}
Handlebar bolts, retorque to 26 N•m (19 lbf•ft)
Pulley alignment and drive belt condition
Track condition, tension and alignment
Lubrication (steering, suspension, etc.)
Electrical wiring : tighten all loose bolts, nuts and linkage
Operation of lighting system (HI /LO beam, brake light, etc.),
test operation of emergency cut-out switch and tether switch
We recommend that you have your dealer sign this inspection list.
