9. If the measured resistance reading is within limits, then it will display as
follows (Fig.73)

Note:
The above indicates that the ground contact from the engine body to the
battery is bad. Check for rusted or corroded point of contacts. If found,
dismantle it for cleaning or replace before fixing back. Repeat the test
again after fixing.
Another thing is that if you suspect that the result is in question, you may
conduct the test with the Black clip clamp at different location.
Results: OK

Clean the cable
contacts or replace
