If there is no free travel on the foot brake lever, pressure builds up in the brake system on the rear

Adjusting the basic position of the rear brake lever

Move the foot brake lever back and forth between the end
stop and the contact to the rear brake cylinder piston and
check free travel

Detach the foot brake lever spring.

Turn push rod
Guideline

Hold push rod
Attach the foot brake lever spring.
Check whether the basic position of the foot brake lever is suit-
