5.2 Media Installation
Please make the installation according to the ember media you have
purchased.
The appliance must be in its final position before any media is installed.
5.2.1 Logs and River Rocks Installation
1.
Remove the front trim. See Section 2.5 Front Trim Removal and
Installation on page 13.
2.
Remove the glass front. See Section 5.1 Glass Front Removal and
Installation on page 20.
3.
Place the ember bed strip into the ember bed slot. See Figure
5.2.
4.
Place the logs on the surface of the ember bed strip, and the
river rocks around the logs. See Figure 5.3.
5.
Reinstall glass front and front trim.

Remove the front trim. See 2.5 Front Trim Removal and
Installation on page 13.
Remove the glass front. See 5.1 Glass Front Removal and
Installation on page 20.
Place the ember bed strip into the ember bed slot. See Figure
5.2.
Carefully place the small crystals onto the ember bed strip, as
shown in Figure 5.4. Apply an even layer the full width and depth
of the ember bed strip.
Randomly place the large crystal embers on top of the small
crystal embers. See the example in Figure 5.5.
Reinstall glass front and front trim.
