6.4.4 Serial extension card

In case of an installed serial extension card, proceed as follows to set the protocol and
desired data frame:
1. Remove the write protection ( 6.2.1).
2. Press the key 1 several times until
the message on the right appears on
the display:
3. Press the ENTER key for confirmation. The cursor starts flashing.
4. Press the key 2 to switch between the two interfaces of the serial extension card.
5. Press the key 3 to set the baud rate.
6. Press the key 4 to select the protocol.
7. Press the key 5 to set whether the protocol is to be sent every minute or every
second.
Example for interface 1:
8. Press the ENTER key to confirm the modification.
To cancel the modifications, press the MENUE key twice.
9. Press the MENUE key to return to the time display.

6.5 Insertion of GPS receiver

6.5.1 Select GPS receiver

1. Remove write protection ( 6.2.1).
2. Press the key 1 several times until
the message on the right appears on
the display:
3. Press the ENTER key to confirm. The cursor starts flashing.
4. Press the key 2 to switch between the GPS receivers.
NOTICE!
The types "MAGNAFOX" and "LEICA" as well as other installed GPS systems are
indicated in accordance with the basic configuration.
5. Press the ENTER key to confirm the modification.
To cancel the modifications, press the MENUE key twice.
6. Press the MENUE key to return to the time display.
