Y-Delay can be set correct for three colour systems
individually.

is no manual selection of colour system; it happens
automatically. Therefor, to calibrate the Y-delay
for a specific
colour system, you have to apply a video signal with that colour
system

just the Y-Delay
(PAL, SECAM or NTSC)
