Notes on the oven functions

You can find an overview of all the
functions with their recommended
values in "Main and sub-menus".
Using Automatic programmes 
 Follow the instructions in the display.
Using Fan Plus 
Because the fan distributes the heat
around the oven compartment straight
away, you can use a lower temperature
than you would with the
  function.

multiple shelf levels at the same time.
 1 shelf: Place the food on shelf
level 2.
 2 shelves: Place the food on shelf
levels 1+3 or 2+4.
 3 shelves: Place the food on shelf
levels 1+3+5.
Useful tips
- If you are cooking on multiple shelf
levels at the same time, slide the
universal tray in on the lowest level.
- For moist biscuits and cakes, bake on
a maximum of 2 shelf levels at once.

Using Eco Fan Heat 
