ERROR DEFINITIONS

System Error:
If a system error occurs, a pump error code will be displayed on the pump touchscreen.
Before contacting customer support, check to ensure that all tubing has been installed correctly in the
cassettes and that each cassette has been properly installed into the pump. Then switch the pump off and
on again. If the error persists, make a note of the error code and then contact Masterflex/Avantor or your
authorized representative for support.
