Station control panel - after installation checks

System tests described in this section must be done before the vessel is operated at sea.
Installation check sheets can be found here (► page 8-28).
After installation, do the following checks to ensure correct installation.
In twin jet installations:
All modules are securely mounted and will not move during vessel operation.
The port jet interface module SCP (yellow) connector is connected to the JIM port (yellow) connector at
the station control panel.
A CAN bus terminator link is inserted in the "To SCP" (black) port of the SCP at the last control station in
the chain (if no JACM or XCI is connected to that port).
The port jet interface module EIM (black) connector is connected to the connector at the port engine
interface module.
The port jet interface module JIM (blue) connector is connected to the JIM (blue) connector at the
starboard jet interface module.
The starboard jet interface module SCP (yellow) connector is connected to the JIM stbd (green)
connector at the station control panel.
The starboard jet interface module EIM (black) connector is connected to the connector at the starboard
engine interface module.
The starboard jet interface module JIM (blue) connector is connected to the JIM (blue) connector at the
port jet interface module.
The control input devices are connected to the CID (black) connector on the station control panel.
The autopilot, if present, is attached to the AUX (blue) connector on the station control panel.
The alarm sounder is connected to the audio (black) connector at the station control panel.
The last control input device at each station has a CAN bus terminator fitted to the spare connector.
Remote station control panels in multiple station installations have a CAN bus terminator fitted to the
JIM2 (yellow) connector.
All modules earthed to the vessel structure or bonding system.
In single jet installations:
The jet interface module SCP (yellow) connector is connected to the JIM port (yellow) connector at the
station control panel.
A CAN bus terminator link is inserted in the "To SCP" (black) port of the SCP at the last control station in
the chain (if no XCI is connected to that port).
The jet interface module JIM (blue) connector is connected to the JIM stdb (green) connector at the
station control panel.
The jet interface module EIM (black) connector is connected to the connector at the engine interface
module.
