It is the installer's responsibility to carry out all structural tests needed to ensure that the deck can bear the load. Procedure 2 (not pertinent for ST BBB/CCC versions) To install, you must remove the winch skirt and use hexagonal headed bolts.

Press down the skirt to position it correctly NOTICE Make sure the skirt is correctly clipped on to the base of the winch. Install the winch on the deck in the position you have chosen, keeping in mind the limits described on page 4 and using hexagonal headed bolts (HH).
