Control activities
„Upper" climbing lock below the parallel switch is present.
The safety lock of the carriage is on the left side of the guide rail profile
The gap width of the butt joint corresponds to section B 14 of this manual.
The screw connections between the structure and the mounting elements comply
with section B 7 of this manual.
The mounting elements are properly installed and all bolted tightened.
All screw connections are secured against releasing according to regulations. (see
section D)
The locking bolts of the carriage engage in its normal position.
The carriage is easy to move.
The carriage engages firmly in the two end positions.
The guide rail is free from contamination.
Only corrosion-protected mounting elements and screw connections have been
used.
The Söll fall arrester can only be inserted in the effective direction in the climbing
path.
Söll fall arrester has been handed over to the operator.
On-site test inspection was carried out.
There are no deficiencies.
This manual has been given to the operator.
