Enable/Disable All Prefixes/Suffixes

Disable All Prefixes/Suffixes: Transmit barcode data with no prefix/suffix.
Enable All Prefixes/Suffixes: Allow to append Code ID prefix, AIM ID prefix, custom prefix/suffix and terminating character
to the barcode data before the transmission.
