To make an emergency call
To make an international call
Enter the emergency number 911 then

Your Pocket PC Phone also provides international emergency number 112.
This number can normally be used to make an emergency call in any country -
with/without a Smart Card inserted, as long as you are in a mobile phone
service network.

Some mobile phone service providers may require that a Smart Card be
inserted, and in some cases that the PIN has been entered as well.

In some cases, other emergency numbers may also be available. Your mobile
phone service provider may save additional local emergency numbers in the
Smart Card.

Tap and hold the 0 key until the + sign appears. The + replaces the international
prefix of the country from where you are calling.
2.
Enter the full phone number you want to dial. It includes country code, area
code (without the leading zero) and phone number.
