Installation

4.1 Select suitable installation location
Assembling the system:
Select a room with good aeration and/or ventilation as
well as a level assembly surface with adequate load-bear-
ing capacity.
Ensure room temperature with frost protection and a max-
imum temperature of 45°C (max. 80% humidity).
Room height at least 60 cm higher than the system so
that the auger screw can be tilted during maintenance
work.

odour and foaming in the system.

Ensure clear working space, at least 1m all around the
system.
Inlet with stilling section with length at least 10 x "DN of
the inlet pipe" (2% gradient). Equip the transition from
the building downpipe to the stilling section with 2 x 45°
bends.

WARNING
Transport risk / system's own weight!
WARNUNG
Use suitable lifting gear (e.g. cable winch or forklift)
to erect lying components. Use lifting eyes attached
to coarse filter unit for safety.
Installation and operating instructions

Safe assembly
Check the weight of the system / system compo-
nents (see "Technical data", page 56).
Pay attention to correct lifting and ergonomic fac-
tors.
Lift the system with a crane only, if a lifting eye
has been attached to it in the factory (customised
solution).
