Access to head internal part

 Disconnect the oil pipes from the lance 1)(Fig. 14), paying
attention to the leakage of fuel;
 loosen the screw 2) of the clamp fixing the lance 1) and
remove it;
 remove the flame sensor 3);
 remove the cover 4) after having removed the screws that
secure it to the conveyor;

Combustion head adjustment

The air damper servomotor, besides changing air flow depending
on output request, regulates the combustion head via a lever sys-
tem. This system allows optimal regulation also in the minimum
working range.
With equal servomotor rotation, the opening of the combustion
head can be varied by placing tie rods on holes (5-6-7-8-10)
(Fig. 15).
The hole is chosen based on the maximum output request, as
shown in Tab. H. The factory regulation setting is preset to max-
imum stroke (hole 10, Fig. 15).

Installation
 remove the threaded pin 5) which holds the combustion
head.
The combustion head 6) can now be removed.
 Verify the position of the lance is as shown in Fig. 14.
