    2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 MACHINE WARNINGS Warning! Danger! Careful! Flammable material. Beware of rotary cutters. Keep your hands and feet away while the machine is operating. Careful! Asphyxiating atmosphere. Do not start the machine in closed spaces. Careful! Hot surfaces. Careful! Risk of bodily injury to people near the machine.

If the machine is in use, you must wear protective glasses against objects projected in the air, you must wear hearing protection such as an acoustically insulated helmet. Read the instruction manual before use.

    5. ASSEMBLY Mount the deep leg and secure with the bolt. Un screw the nut of the horn holder.
  • Page 12 Mount the horn holder and secure with the nut. Attach the horns to the support.
  • Page 13 Mount the back support of the wings. Mount the front support of the wings.
  • Page 14 Mount the wings and secure them to the screws. Mount the wing extensions and secure them to the screws.
  • Page 15 Mount the front bumper. For mounting use the 2 screws of the starter, then mount the second part of the front support of the hull.
  • Page 16 Unscrew the three screws so that the back support of the hull can be mounted. Attach the back support of the hull.
  • Page 17 Fix the front of the hull to the nuts provided. Fix the back of the hull.

    Fully mounted equipment. 6. FUEL AND OIL SUPPLY 6.1 OIL SUPPLY Engine oil supply Before starting the engine, power the engine with RURIS 4T-MAX oil or an API: CI-4 / SL or higher.
  • Page 20 Engine oil bath capacity 1.1L It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours, following a standard process at 25 hours. Oil level Checking the oil level from the engine is done with the tiller in a horizontal position. The oil level must reach the penultimate coil of the cap.
  • Page 21 Oil supply of the transmission The capacity of the oil bath of the transmission is 2.6 L. Use RURIS G-Tronic transmission oil or API: GL-4 times its size. The maximum oil level of the reducer is at the bottom of the feed hole.

    The tiller is not delivered with oil in the reducer bath. THE TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE IS DONE AT EACH 50 FUNCTIONAL HOURS OR 6 MONTHS 6.2 FUEL SUPPLY Use quality fuel from authorized fuel stations. Gasoline of the highest quality, using a metal funnel, in open spaces and away from sources of fire or sparks, which could cause a fire.

    Then feed the oil bath of the transmission with RURIS G-Tronic lei or API classification oil: GL-4 times higher than it , as well as the engine oil bath with oil RURIS 4T-MAX or an API classification oil: CI-4 / SL or higher.
