Memory buttonhole

Machine settings

When selecting the memory buttonhole, the LCD screen
will advise you to pull the button holder open.
z Pull the button holder of the buttonhole foot all the
way out.
Place the fabric and lower the foot.

NOTE:
You do not need to pull down the buttonhole lever.
x Start the machine to sew the left side up to the
required length of the buttonhole.
Stop the machine and press the reverse button.

c Start the machine again. The machine will sew back to
the starting point.
Press the reverse button when you are directly
opposite the starting point.
The machine will sew the front bartack and right row.
Stop the machine when you reach the ending point.
4 Starting point
v Press the reverse button and start the machine. The
machine will sew the rear bartack and lockstitches,
and stop automatically.
To sew the same size buttonhole, reposition the fabric
and start the machine.
To sew a buttonhole of a different size, press the memory
key
the beginning.
b Cut the buttonhole opening with the seam ripper.
