Product Description
REMC0M3GW100 is a wideband EMC power amplifier with a total
frequency range of 0.02 to 3GHz.
The amp can be configured for 0.02GHz to 0.8GHz or 0.8GHz to 3GHz.
The power output of this amplifier is 50dBm typical. The typical small signal
gain is 55dB with a flatness of ±2.0dB. This performance is achieved
through the use of GaN devices.
The power amplifier's input and output connectors are N-Female. This
product has a calibration feature which enables customer to obtain great
performance through time and temperature changes.
The operating temperature of this product is within 0⁰C to +50⁰C.
