4.4.9 ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL DISASSEMBLY (C.A.I.-C.S.I. Version)
OPERATION SEQUENCE
9 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
9.1 Slide off control dial
9.2 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
9.3 Free spark plug lead from adhesive fairlead Spark plug lead
9.4 Take off safety cap from spark plug lead
9.5 Slide off instrument panel wiring
cover unscrewing the screws (1)
9.6 Disconnect flame ignition-control spark
plug lead from instrument panel
9.7 Disconnect all connectors from electronic
control board
9.8 Disconnect power supply connectors and
room thermostat from terminals
9.9 Unscrew thescrews (2) fastening
electronic control board-instrument panel
9.10 Grip the electronic control panel and
remove from control panel
9.11 Retrieve dial extension from
control panel (3)
9.12 Retrieve the trimmer regulator extensions
from the electr. control panel (4)
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
