4.4.19 FAN DISASSEMBLY (C.S.I. only)
OPERATION SEQUENCE
19 • Disconnect the boiler from the electricity
supply
• Turn off the gas tap
19.1 Remove the case.
See procedure pag. 25
19.2 Remove air box cover
removing the screws (1) and the clip (2)
19.3 Slide off silicone tube (3) from fan plug
19.4 Disconnect electricity supply from fan
19.5 Unscrew the screw (4) of cap on fumes
analysis attachment and removing the clip
(5) of cap on fumes analysis attachment
19.6 Unscrew the screws fastening (6) fan -
combustion chamber
19.7 Remove fan from boiler
19.8 Disassemble Venturi and Pitot tube from
fan and clean them
Work the other way round from the above for reassembly operations.
