WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
DELIVERY CONDITION
Your data are kept in our archives in compliance with the provisions established by Law Decree L. D.Lgs 196/03 and will neither be notified nor disclosed to
third parties. You may ask for your data to be changed or cancelled at any time by writing to our Data Manager. You are entitled to be updated about our
products, our initiatives and about the promotional offers reserved for our customers. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please write to our
Data manager and you will be immediately cancelled from our archives.
CUSTOMER
This machine was delivered to me today equipped with the relative stickers with the safety recommendations for the user. Together with the
machine, I was also given the Operation and Maintenance Manual, which I undertake to read carefully before using the machine. My attention
was also drawn to the safety notes and reasonable use indications given in the manual, which I undertake to comply with when I use the
machine. I also undertake to immediately notify the dealer specified alongside if the machine should operate in a faulty way. I take note that the
warranty attesting to the fact that the machine operates correctly is provided for 12 months from delivery, with the exception of professional use
or sub-contracted use, as established by the Warranty conditions. A copy of this Delivery and Warranty Certificate was consigned to me and
signed by me personally.
DEALER
I guarantee that the machine consigned possesses the original degree of safety since it has been neither altered nor modified by me.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacturer guarantees that the machine described in the warranty certificate is free from manufacturing and material flaws and defects.

• The manufacturer guarantees the machine for 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery (with the exclusion of sub-contractors) and within that
period, undertakes to repair or replace, free of charge, those parts as may present recognized manufacturing defects. The costs of lubricants and
expendable materials will in any case be charged.
Warranty coverage for the engine is provided by the relative manufacturer.

• The warranty does not cover the electrical system, lamps, the battery, tyres, seals, clutch plates, expendable parts, those liable to wear out through
use or particular performances.
The warranty doesn't cover any routine maintenance. We remind you that the warranty will not cover labour costs for routine maintenance or for all

other items not listed in this booklet. Parts replaced under guarantee must be retumed to the manufacturer no later than 30 days after they have been
replaced, or the warranty will become void.
The manufacturer's liability does not extend to damages sustained by persons or property whilst the machine is being used even when they derive

from manufacturing defects or flaws. Indemnity for direct or indirect damages will consequently not be reimbursed. The warranty becomes void: if the
identification numbers punched on the machine are altered, if modifications have been made, if the machine has been involved in accidents. Moreover,
all warranty coverage ceases in the following cases: when the purchaser has failed to promptly fulfil the contractually established payments, when the
assembly operations have not been carried out by the supplier's personnel, when the machine has been modified or repaired without the supplier's
consent.
• All disputes are the competence of the judicial authorities of Vicenza, and there be exceptions to this competence for any reason whatsoever,
The warranty doesn't cover damages of any kind, direct, consequential, or related to people or things, to the loss of fodder, agricultural products or

harvests, to the rent of substitute machines because of delays, to losses related to manpower and to any other kind of loss.
