7 - CONNECTIONS
Do not connect the electric heater to the ground (class 2 insulation).
■ For machines supplied with a control unit:
- The heaters are supplied cabled to a specific unit nearby.
- This unit must have a specific power supply. When selecting the cables, take into account the routing, the ambient operating
temperature and the current of the connected heaters.
- The selection, securing and mechanical and electrical protection of cables must conform to the regulations and laws at the
installation site. Follow the recommendations in the regulations section when selecting components and cables.
- Unwind the electric heater control unit cable(s) to the main unit. Route them by sliding them into the lower raceways (before
assembling the blocks) or upper raceways (depending on the position of the electric heater in the unit).
- Use the wall feedthroughs in the block concerned.
7.4.2 - Connection principle:
The thermostats must be wired in series.

7.5.1 - Connecting the 20A disconnect switches/circuit breakers
■ The cable used must be shielded to connect and ensure continuity of the disconnect switch/circuit breaker shielding.
■ The cable shielding must be flattened against the plate (in the switch) and the nut used to tighten the packing box.
