6 - INSTALLATION

6.6 - Roof/canopy (Accessories)

Depending on the sizes and the options, the roof and canopy may be delivered on a pallet, or attached to one of the blocks (roof) or
fitted in position (canopy).
A roof supplied attached to a transport bracket on the front must be unpacked as shown in fig 1-2-3

When unpacking, take care when cutting the strapping encircling the roofs; it is recommended that two people
perform this operation

Roof assembly:
A
Remove the cover(s) from the raceway.
B
Fit the left- and right-hand blanking covers at the top of the end panels using the screws supplied in the installation kit.
C
Fit the 2 gaskets lengthways along the raceway.
D
Fit the gasket on the side of each roof panel (V-shaped fold) and on the left-hand blanking cover (V-shaped fold).
E
Also fit the gasket with the V-shaped fold on the blanking cover and on the raceway connecting cover (only present on blocks longer than 2800 mm)
F
Fit the roof panels in the order shown on the plan supplied with unit.
G
Affix the panels to the raceway (from inside the raceway); secure them together and on the omega brackets using the screws provided (screws+sealed washers)
H
Fit the covers back on the raceway. Check that a 15x3 gasket is glued to the ends of these covers. Affix them with the screws provided.
