Safety Thermostat
The 2834431 and 2838231 (with thermostatic valve) appliances are equipped with
the safety thermostat with manual reset, which interrupts heating up when the
highest allowable temperature is exceeded.
•
To reset the appliance to operational condition, press the safety
thermostat reset button.
•
This may be performed only by a qualified and authorised technician.
The 2838131 and 2838331 (with gas cock) appliances do not feature the safety
thermostat.

Functions of the Appliance
The 700FX series grill plate offers the greatest flexibility: it can be used as a
countertop or a free-standing appliance. Just like grilling over an open fire, meat,
fish and vegetables with the aromas of toasting are prepared on the grill plate.
However, the preparation on a closed grill surface is dioxin-free.
