Firmware Upgrade

The firmware can be upgraded via ST-LINK or the Linux stm32flash utility on the
host.
# tar -jxf mic715_mcu_0805.tbz2
# cd mic715_mic
# sudo bash main.sh
It's recommended to have a clear power cycle after the firmware upgrade.
