Stability of the busbar differential protection

For stability test one current input shall always be used as a reference input. The reference current input
then shall be tested for stability against all other current inputs in the IED. It is recommended to use
current input CT1 as the reference current input. The typical connection between the three-phase current
test set and the IED for this type of tests is shown in Figure 13.
