4.2.1 Longitudinal calibration parameter settings

Note:
Printer will print a new line when you press [LOAD/UNLOAD] and [TEAR OFF] to increase
or decrease set values. Each line includes function name, set value and several"|", adjust
"|" in a line and then press [ONLINE] to save settings, meanwhile it will go to next
parameter settings automatically.
