SPECIFIC CLEANING PROCEDURES

PPE Helmets

 In the ultrasonic bath, preheat 1 part Omega AquaClean with 10 parts clean water to
a temperature of 125˚F.
 Place the helmet(s) in the basket and add a lid to the basket to keep the helmet(s)
from floating.
 Submerge the basket into the bath and clean for 5 minutes.
 Once completed, remove the basket from the bath and rinse thoroughly.

Waterproof Flashlights

 In the ultrasonic bath, preheat 1 part Omega AquaClean with 10 parts clean water to
a temperature of 120˚F to 130˚F.
 Place the flashlight(s) in the basket and add a lid to the basket to keep the
flashlight(s) from floating.
 Submerge the basket into the bath and clean for 10 minutes.
 After the cycle has completed, inspect the flashlight(s). If they are cleaned to your
satisfaction, they can be rinsed.
 If they need another cycle, submerge the basket again and run for another 10
minutes.
 Once completed, remove the basket from the bath and rinse thoroughly.

Cylinders

 In the ultrasonic bath, preheat 1 part Omega AquaClean with 10 parts clean water to
a temperature of 120˚F to 130˚F.
 Place the cylinder in the basket and add a lid to the basket to keep the cylinder from
floating.
 Submerge the basket into the bath and clean for 3-5 minutes.
