Latch Rod Assembly Installation
To install the Latch Rod Assembly (Item #2), first loosely install the Latch Rod Assy to either Latch Release Lever
(Item #3 or #4) by using (2) 1/2"-13 Flange Nuts (Item #5). Insert the Latch Release Lever through the Latch Guide at
the base of the Vertical Rail and over the Door's lower hinge. See Figure B.
Once positioned secure the front end of the Latch Rod Assy by to the Latch Assembly (Item #1) by using (1) 1/2" Flat
Washer (Item #6) and (1) Rue Ring Cotter Pin (Item #7). See Figure C. Repeat the procedures for the other side.
