Secure to ROPS
w/ U-Bolts
Rear Mount Plate Installation
Attach the Rear Mount Plate P#(B2251) to the rear of
the mower using (2) 3/8-16 x 3-1/2" U-Bolts P#(K0407)
and (4) 3/8"-16 Ny- Flange Locknuts P#(K2038).
Keep the hardware relatively loose for ease of
installation.
Note: Some parts and part features have been removed
from view for visual clarity.
Lower Right Mount Plate Installation
First, before installing the Lower Right Mount Plate
P#(B2254), loosely secure (1) 3/8"-16 x 1" Carriage Bolt
P#(K1182) & (1) 3/8"-16 Ny-Flange Locknut P#(K2038)
to the Bottom Right Mount Plate as shown in the figure.
Existing Mower
Hardware
This step will help with the installation of the PTO Mount
Plates (pg. 12) later.
Then, install the Lower Right Mount Plate to the lower
right side of the mower by using the mower's preexisting
hardware. Leave the hardware relatively loose.
Finally, secure the Lower Right Mount Plate to the Rear
Mount Plate P#(B2251) by using (2) 3/8-16" x 1"
Secure hardware
Carriage Bolts P#(K1182) and (2) 3/8"-16 Ny-Flange
before Installation
Locknuts P#(K2038). Be sure the bolt head is oriented
as shown in the figure for ease of installation.
Leave the hardware relatively loose.
Top Mount Plates Installation
To Install the Left Top Mount Plate P#(B2252), position
the Left Top Mount Plate between the ROPS and the
Rear Mount Plate P#(B2251) as shown. Secure the Left
Top Mount Plate to the ROPS by using (1) 3/8"-16 x 2-
11/16" U-Bolt P#(K1119) and (2) 3/8"16 Ny-Flange
Locknuts P#(K2038). Secure the Left Top Mount Plate to
the Rear Mount Plate by using (2) 3/8-16" x 1" Carriage
Bolts P#(K1182) and (2) 3/8"-16 Ny-Flange Locknuts
P#(K2038). Leave the hardware relatively loose.
To install the Right Top Mount Plate P#(B2253), position
the Right Top Mount Plate over the ROPS and the Rear
Mount Plate as shown. Secure the Right Top Mount
Secure to Rear
Plate to the ROPS by using (1) 3/8"-16 x 2-11/16" U-Bolt
Mnt Plate
P#(K1119) and (2) 3/8"16 Ny-Flange Locknuts
P#(K2038). Secure the Right Top Mount Plate to the
Rear Mount Plate by using (2) 3/8-16" x 1" Carriage
Bolts P#(K1182) and (2) 3/8"-16 Ny-Flange Locknuts
P#(K2038). Leave the hardware relatively loose.
