7.2.4 To close the outdoor unit

1 Remove the nut (b) and washer (c) from both transportation stays (a).
2 Remove and discard the washers (c) and transportation stays (a).
3 Re-install the nuts (b) of the compressor mounting bolt and tighten to
10.1 N•m of torque.

4 Remove the screws (a) (4×) from the transportation stay (b). Put the screws
(a) aside for later use (see To attach the compressor cover piece).
5 Remove and discard the transportation stay (b).
NOTICE
When closing the outdoor unit cover, make sure that the tightening torque does NOT
exceed 4.1 N•m.
