How to Switch between eDP and LVDS Panel

Default setting is J49 jumper shorted, the EVK supports LVDS panel output (through a bridge IC CH7513), while setting J49
jumper open, the EVK supports eDP panel.
eDP and LVDS panel output function is not supported simultaneously.
If you need to use eDP or LVDS function, please ask MediaTek for a patch.
