Before starting assembly, use a spirit level to ensure the bottom shelves are level. Adjust the feet if the bottom shelves need levelling by unscrewing the adjustable feet, either by hand or with the Allen key from the top.

Mount the profiles onto the bottom shelves ALIGNMENT Make sure that the fixed screws are aligned with the channel running along the shelf. DOUBLE PROFILES Mount the Double Profiles in the middle to connect the two Bottom Shelves. AVOID GAPS Make sure that the profiles are pressed firmly against...

Add the middle shelves . Then tighten all fixed screws in both ends of the profiles with the Allen key G. to secure the construction. Then add the next layer of profiles. TIGHTEN ALL FIXED SCREWS Secure the construction by tightening all fixed screws in the first layer of profiles.

Add the top shelves . Then tighten all fixed screws in both the top and bottom of the profiles. TIGHTEN ALL FIXED SCREWS Secure the construction by tightening all fixed screws in the second layer of profiles.

Locate the shelves that will require cable routing and the safety brackets. Place the bracket holder in the channel running along the shelf approximately 3 inches from the profile. Flip it down by following the steps 1, 2 and 3 below. APPROX.

Screw the bracket into place using the screws and Torx key . Do not tight- en the screws completely. While the brackets are held in place, use a pencil to mark the center of the holes on the wall. Slide the bracket to the side and drill holes in the wall.

Undo the screws and install the back panels first (page 23 to 28), before tightening the screws completely.

Locate the shelves (2x) that will require the cable routing cutout. Mount the back panel by inserting the bent edge into the channel running along the bottom of the top shelf. Hold the shelf at an angle when inserting it and then slowly push the bottom edge of the panel into place.

Working inside the shelf, use the Allen key to push the small pins in the edges of the panel into the channel of both the bottom shelf and the corner profiles.

Insert the side panels from the long side of the shelf, and gently push them into place.

Lock the panels in place by pushing the small pins into the channel of the corner profiles.

Insert the connector clips in the channels along the top and bottom of the lower shelves.

Rotate the end fitting on the steel door as shown in the illustration below.

Insert the fitting on the end of the steel door into the channel on the profile. Start with the door at an angle before rotating it into place.

To lock the door in place, use the Allen key to bend the small tab into the channels, both at the top and bottom.

Push the other end of the door into place by clicking the metal fitting into the connector clips and supporting it with your hand.
