4. Grasp the cardboard handles below the instrument and slide the instrument out of the
carton.
5. Lift the foam packing material above the instrument upward to reveal the top of the
instrument.
6. Slide the five vertical pieces of foam packing material that surround the instrument upward
to clear the sides of the instrument.
