If the wheelchair is pulled
backwards at a slower speed
than 1 km/h, the thumb throt-
tle has its full function (drives
when the thumb throttle is
pressed).
If the wheelchair is pulled
backwards
1 km/h, the thumb throttle has
no function (no drive).
