supported.
Enable/Disable Intel(R) Speed Shift Technology
support. Enabling will expose the CPPC v2 interface to
allow for hardware controlled P-states.
Enable/Disable processor Turbo Mode (requires
EMTTM enabled too). AUTO means enabled.
