Set Facility.
1. Press "F." The command prompt changes to "Enter manager entry number>." Enter a num-
ber you wish to set.
2. Then, the command prompt changes to "Enter Server Facility>." Enter a value of 0 to 7
(Local0 to Local7).

Set the IP address of the Syslog server.
1. Press "I." The command prompt changes to "Enter manager entry number>." Enter a num-
ber you wish to set.
2. Then, the command prompt changes to "Enter IP address for manager>." Enter the IP
address of the Syslog server.
Y
Set information that is added to the system log to be transmitted.
1. Press "Y." The command prompt changes to "Enter manager entry number>." Enter a num-
ber you wish to set.
2. Then, the command prompt changes to "Enter Include Information>." Enter "S" to add the
SysName of this Switching Hub, "I" to add the IP address, or "N" not to add the IP address.
C
Delete setting information of Syslog Transmission.
1. Press "C." The command prompt changes to "Enter manager entry number>." Enter a num-
ber you wish to delete.
2. Then, the command prompt changes to "Clear Syslog Server information>." Enter "Y" to
delete the server information. Enter "N" not to delete it.

Return to the parent menu.
