CONSOLE INSTRUCTIONS
Function keys
MODE Press this button to select the mode
Hold for 2 seconds to reset time, count,
distance and calories for 2 seconds.
UP/DOWN Set the values for time, count, distance and
calories when not in scan mode.
RESET Press button to reset time, count, distance and
calories.
