Web User Interface
Quality of Service (QoS) enhances the experience of using a network by prioritizing the traffic of different applications. The DAP-2620 supports
four priority levels. Once the desired QoS settings are finished, click Save to let your changes take effect.
Note: Bandwidth Optimization is disabled if QoS is enabled.
Enable QoS
Check the box to allow QoS to prioritize traffic.
By default this feature is disabled.
Downlink Bandwidth
Enter the downlink bandwidth in Mbits per
second. This value is entered in the Uplink/
Downlink Settings window.
Uplink Bandwidth
Enter the uplink bandwidth in Mbits per second.
This value is entered in the Uplink/Downlink
Settings window.
ACK/DHCP/ICMP/DNS
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
Priority
priority for the selected rule.
Web Traffic Priority
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
priority for the selected rule.
Mail Traffic Priority
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
priority for the selected rule.
Ftp Traffic Priority
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
priority for the selected rule.
User Defined-1/2/3/4
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
Priority
priority for the selected rule.
Other Traffic Priority
Click the drop-down menu to select the level of
priority for the selected rule.
Save
Click to save the updated configuration.
To make the updates permanent, click
Configuration > Save and Activate.
