General instructions

The fitting and installation instructions are part of the guarentee-service.
Please understand that any welding and changes are not covered by the guarentee.
Maintenance plan for the axles
After the first use:
After 50 working hours:
After 100 working hours:
After 500 working hours:
Every 1000 hours:
Adjusting the tapered roller bearings:
Remove the wheel cap and the split pin, pull the axle nut to the wheel nuts so that
the break cylinder breaks easily, loosen the axle nut to the next split pin, check how
this is running, tighten the axle nuts and replace the wheel cover.
Caution! An entrance too sharp can result in damage to the axle.

Service instructions for the axles.
Tighten the wheel nuts
Check the wheel hubs
Check the running of the wheel hubs
Check and grease the reserve steering axle.
In the Camshaft – grease the bearings.
Check the leaver position of the breaks and if
necessary
adjust.
Adjust the tapered roller bearing.
Check the hydraulic cylinder and the anti-shock
pad.
Renew the anti-friction bearings on the wheel
hub bearings.
Check the break coverings for wear and tear and
if necessary replace them.
Replace the steering axle bearings and anti-
friction bearings.
