- If you need to promptly remove the filter holder
(4), you have to reduce the pressure in the boiler,
switch the coffee maker off by pressing the on/off
button (14) «
the tip (10) and slightly open the steam supply by
turning the knob (8) «
After the pressure in the boiler is released, you
can remove the filter holder (4).
- repeated making of coffee should be performed
after at least 5 min interval.

MAKING CAPPUCCINO

ATTENTION!
Be careful to avoid burns by the released hot steam.
• Make an espresso coffee using a cup that has room
to add milk froth.
• Make sure that the steam control knob (8) «
in the utmost position «●».
• Press the steam supply button (16) «
until the button (16) indicator glows constantly.
Place any suitable bowl under the tip (10) for water.
Carefully turn the steam supply knob (8) «
counterclockwise for a quarter of a turn to remove the
condensed fluid from the cappuccinator pipe (9).
• After removing the condensed fluid close the steam
supply by turning the knob (8) «
until bumping «●».

Note:
- when the steam supply is switched on, the button
(16) indicator «
» will flash periodically and
glow constantly, indicating that the water is being
heated in the boiler;
- some water or steam may appear from the filter
holder (5), it is normal.
• Put the tip (10) of the cappuccinator pipe into a glass
with cold milk or cream, carefully turn the steam
supply control knob (8) «
for a quarter of a turn or more. The tip (10) should
not touch the bottom of the glass, as this can hinder
the steam release; you can make thick frothed milk in
several seconds.
Note:
- to avoid splashing milk always immerse the tip
(16) deeper than 1 cm from the milk surface.
- when selecting a cup for milk or cream, keep
in mind that the frothed milk amount increases
approximately twice.
• The outgoing steam creates whirls which froths milk;
from time to time lift and lower the bowl with milk
against the tip (10) to make the milk foam.
• Making the milk foam is an art. You may not make it
at the first try, don't worry and experiment until you
achieve good results.
• You can remove the tip (10) and try to froth the milk
with the steam released from the cappuccinator pipe
(9).
