• During making the next cup of espresso, the preset
amount of ready coffee will be poured into the cup.
• Install the big filter (21) and add ground coffee into
it. When making the espresso, press and hold the
button (26) «
», the two cups button (26) «
indicator will be flashing. When the desired amount of
espresso is dispensed, release the button (7). Maximal
amount of double portion of coffee is about 130 ml.
• During making the next cup of espresso, the preset
amount of ready coffee will be poured into the cup.

RETURN TO THE FACTORY SETTINGS

• To return to the factory settings, switch the coffee
maker on, wait until all button (23, 24, 25, 26) indicators
glow constantly.
• Simultaneously press the buttons (25) «
», the buttons (23) «ON», (25) « » and (26) «
» will be flashing. After that the buttons (23, 24,
25, 26) indication will glow constantly.
• The coffee maker is ready for operation with the factory
settings.

MAKING CAPPUCCINO

ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burns by the released
hot steam.
SELECTING MILK OR CREAM
- Milk for making foam must be fresh and without
additives.
- Take usual whole milk with fat status from 4% to 6%,
cream fat status should be not less than 10%.
• Make sure that the steam supply is closed. To do this

turn the knob (7) « » clockwise until bumping.
• Make espresso as described in the previous chapter.
• Press the button (24) «STEAM PREHEAT», wait until
the button (24) indicator glows constantly. Place any
suitable bowl under the tip (5) for water. Carefully turn
the steam supply knob (7) « » counterclockwise for a
quarter of a turn to remove the condensed fluid from the
cappuccinator pipe (6).
• After removing the condensed fluid close the steam
supply by turning the knob (7) « » clockwise until
bumping.

Note: some water or steam may appear from the filter
holder (4), it is normal.
• Pour cold milk or cream into a tall narrow container.
• Put the tip of the cappuccinator pipe (5) into the container
with cold milk or cream, carefully turn the steam supply
control knob (7) « » counterclockwise for a quarter of a
turn or more. The tip (5) should not touch the bottom of
the container, as this can hinder the steam release; you
can make thick frothed milk in several seconds.
Note: to avoid splashing milk always immerse the tip (5)
deeper than 1 cm from the milk surface.
